WHY I WROTE THIS BOOK
After going on a vacation with my family in 2019 to Hawaii, we made plans to go to Cancun the following year. Upon returning, I discovered there was no way were going to be able to save the money we needed to go to Cancun. We also discovered much to our amazement that we were almost $90,000 in debt and paying up to $4,000 a month in debt payments.
At that time I had a mental breakdown and mid-lif crisis and learned that our finances were a big reason for my stress and mental issues. It was by divine inspiration that I learned about a program which showed us the simple financial principles outlined in this book. Within 10 months were were debt free.
After a couple of months following the program we started seeing major results and having more money in our pockets and we believed we could do it. I knew that I needed to share this program with my friends and family becuase we loved to travel with them. Some of them were not able to go with us to Hawaii because of financial struggles so I wanted to help them have financial success and be able to travel with us.
Realistically, it was kind of selfish of me becuase I just didn't want to travel alone, but ultimately it was to help them and see them win with money as well. If my friends and family had financial freedom, then we could all travel together to exotic locations across the globe.
Thus, I began my career as a financial coach and I created a coaching program teaching about the FIRE movement and I wrote this book to introduce many people to the easy to follow concepts about how to find true meaning and purpose in life and become financially indepedent so they could retire early and live a FIRELife.
